Lee Terwilliger
Director of Safety
Lee began his career in Utility Vegetation Management as a ground worker in June of 2002. He advanced to a crew leader before moving into the safety profession. He then progressed to Director of Safety. Lee is a first aid and CPR instructor, ISA certified arborist, and an ATSSA certified flagger instructor. Lee has 20 years of experience working in the utility services industry. He now leads the health and safety program, and training, at Patriot Tree Surgeons, LLC. He develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates environmental, occupational, and health/safety programs. Ensures compliance with OSHA and other related federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Lee conducts safety audits of the vegetation management we provide at job sites and enforces adherence to regulations governing the health and safety of individuals, vegetation management industry, and protection of the environment.
Glenn Neff
Director of Operations
Glenn Neff, our director of operations and central Pennsylvania native, has always had a passion for the great outdoors. Beginning in 1986, Mr. Neff started his career in the tree service industry as a ground's men. He steadily elevated himself to management, which is where he's been thriving for over 20 years. At Patriot, Glenn works tirelessly to acquire new clients and projects, while supervising and scheduling ground's crews throughout the East Coast.
